Writing Session

So this pictures doesn't quite fit but once again, I forget to take a picture during the day!  I had a writing session today.  Writing with someone else is always a welcomed change and it usually sparks ideas in my head which is always good!

Progress

One of the new songs I've been working on, "Breathe",is now 90% done.  I'm pretty happy with today's progress!

Unleashing the Power Within

Okay, some people may find it cheesy or think it's a waste of time...but I like listening to Tony Robbins and I think he's fantastic at getting people out of their own way and seeing what their potential is.  I watched a great episode of Oprah's "Master Class" today that had Tony on it.  It was really inspirational and a lot of what he said rang true with me and where I'm at right now.  These are some great quotes that stuck with me:
"See it as it is, not worse than it is"

Newness

Currently have 4 new songs that are each about 70% done. Must. Finish...

Organization

I've been meaning to organize my pictures for months now and finally did it today. Exciting? No. But it got something off my list and I do love clear boxes that organize my life :)

I played a house party with friends tonight and had a great time doing it. Now my party dress (well, skirt) is hung up :(
